Isn't this review gating? (Against google TOS)
After clicking the review link, it is still technically possible for a customer to leave a negative review, however we have never seen this happen. However it is not enforced upon the customer in any way to leave a positive review only, so these systems never break google TOS.

We work with dentist or aesthetic clinics, and under GDPR laws, since the only information required is Name and contact details, it is fully legal and complies with customer privacy.
