No, this is not review gating. Our system is fully compliant with Google's terms of service. Customers are always free to leave a review on any platform they choose. We simply provide a private, direct channel for unhappy customers to give you feedback first, giving you a chance to resolve the issue.
How do you handle sensitive patient data?
We are ICO registered and take data privacy very seriously. The only information required is a name and contact detail (email or phone) for feedback requests, which is compliant with GDPR and HIPAA for this purpose.
