1. Introduction

Welcome to Clinic Enhance. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the review collection and reputation management services (the "Services") provided by Clinic Enhance, a service operated by Ambitions Web Ltd (Company No. 15387454), a UK-based company ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Services Offered

Clinic Enhance provides a specialised "done-for-you" service focused on Google Review collection and management. Our core services include:

• Automated review request campaigns via email and SMS.
• Intelligent feedback filtering to privately capture and forward negative feedback.
• Review response services (available on select plans).
• A performance dashboard to monitor your online reputation.
• While we operate under the Ambitions Agency umbrella, which offers other AI services like voice agents and chatbots, the Clinic Enhance brand is dedicated exclusively to the reputation management services outlined here.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial of our Services at our sole discretion. The purpose of the trial is to demonstrate the capabilities of our platform. We make no guarantee of a specific number or rating of reviews during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period in accordance with Section 6, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you will be billed for the first month.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information required for service setup, including but not limited to business details and access credentials.
• Customer Data: You are responsible for providing us with your client/patient contact lists (names, emails, phone numbers) for the purpose of requesting reviews. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, consents, and legal basis to provide this data to us for processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws (including GDPR).
• Compliance: You agree to use our Services in full compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of service of third-party platforms, including Google.

5. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is as listed on our website's pricing page. As of the effective date of these Terms, plans start from £197 per month. Payments are billed in advance on a monthly cycle via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All fees are non-refundable. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your service.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription by providing us with at least thirty (30) days' written notice before your next billing date. Notice must be sent to [email protected]. If notice is provided less than 30 days before the billing date, you may be charged for the subsequent month. Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate your service immediately for any breach of these Terms or for non-payment of fees.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in our platform, software, templates, and all materials provided as part of the Services. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your internal business purposes for the duration of your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Service.

8. Data Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. As a Data Processor, we handle all data provided by you in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMBITIONS WEB LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and/or via email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
