By using our platform or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our platform.
2. Platform Description
Clinic Enhance provides tools and services for managing and enhancing your business’s online reputation. These include automated review requests, multi-platform review tracking, and reputation management tools. Effective use of our platform requires active cooperation and support from the Client.
3. Account Registration
Clients may need to create an account to access services. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and ensure the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Client Conduct
You agree to use Clinic Enhance’s platform in compliance with applicable laws and not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform’s proper functioning or violates third-party rights.
5. Privacy Policy
Clinic Enhance values your privacy. By using our platform, you agree to the collection, storage, and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and resources provided by Clinic Enhance, including text, graphics, and software, remain the property of Clinic Enhance or its licensors. Clients may only use these materials while under an active subscription.
7. Service Plans and Fees
Clinic Enhance offers subscription-based services tailored to meet varying business needs.
• Lite Plan: £149 per month – Email-only review requests, limited contacts, one review platform.
• Standard Plan: £197 per month – Email/SMS review requests, AI replies, up to two platforms.
• Pro Plan: £297 per month – Multi-location support, website widgets, up to five platforms.
Additional services:
• Google My Business Setup: £50 one-time fee.
• Multi-location Discount: 20% off for each additional location.
8. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly, with payments due on the 1st of each month. A 14-day free trial is available for new Clients, and a 30-day money-back guarantee is provided if you are unsatisfied. After the trial period, no refunds are available except for cases of clear service failure.
9. Non-Payment and Suspension
Failure to pay subscription fees or hosting fees on time may result in service suspension or termination. Any outstanding charges must be cleared for reactivation.
10. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Access to services will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.
11. Modification of Terms
Clinic Enhance reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions or modify service offerings. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or reliability. Clinic Enhance is not responsible for external factors such as policy changes by review platforms or third-party disruptions.
13. Limitation of Liability
Clinic Enhance’s liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the Client in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
14. Data Security and Privacy Compliance
Client data is securely stored on our platform and will be deleted upon service termination unless otherwise required by law. Clinic Enhance complies with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations.
15. Refund and Fulfillment Policies
If unsatisfied within the first 30 days, Clients may request a refund by contacting support. Refunds are not available after this period, but services will continue until the billing cycle ends.
16. PCI Compliance and Payments
Clinic Enhance uses secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. Payment methods include major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
17. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in the United Kingdom.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
